Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

As each artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Coverage

Liyah Vision offers worldwide shipping.

We partner with professional logistics carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of large-format artworks across North America, Europe, and international destinations.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the price of all artworks.

There are no additional standard shipping fees at checkout.

However, the following may apply depending on destination:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Liyah Vision.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & United States: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • customs clearance
  • local carrier delays
  • remote delivery locations

5. Packaging & Handling

All artworks are packaged with protective, reinforced materials designed specifically for large-format and fragile items.

We take extensive care to ensure your piece arrives in excellent condition.

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect
