Refund policy

At Liyah Vision, each artwork is carefully produced and offered in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our products — oversized artworks, made-to-order pieces, and worldwide shipping — our return policy is structured to ensure quality and logistical efficiency.


1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • aesthetic preferences

Each piece is produced in limited quantities and cannot be restocked.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • clear photos of the packaging
    • clear photos of the damage
    • your order number


3. Resolution

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the artwork at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

All cases are reviewed individually.


4. Returns

Due to the size of our artworks and the complexity of international shipping:

  • Returns are generally not required for damaged items
  • In rare cases where a return is necessary:
    • specific instructions will be provided
    • return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer


5. Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or not accepted:

  • any shipping, handling, or customs-related costs will be deducted from any refund
  • original shipping costs (included in the product price) are non-refundable


6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • verifying dimensions
  • reviewing product details
  • confirming their selection before purchase

We do not issue refunds for errors made during checkout.


7. European Union — Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • the item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • original shipping costs are non-refundable
